All of our yakgwa are handmade to order with care.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, if you receive:

• A significantly damaged or spoiled item

• An incorrect order

Please email us at londonyakgwa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and get back to you promptly.

※ We do not offer refunds or exchanges for improper storage or personal taste preferences.

저희 ‘런던약과’는 모든 제품을 주문 후 정성껏 수작업으로 제작하여 발송하고 있습니다.
식품 특성상 단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 환불은 어렵습니다.

다만, 아래와 같은 경우에는 제품 수령 후 24시간 이내에 사진과 함께 이메일(londonyakgwa@gmail.com) 로 연락 주시면 확인 후 빠르게 도와드리겠습니다:

• 제품이 심하게 파손되었거나 변질된 경우

• 주문한 상품과 다른 제품이 배송된 경우

※ 수령 후 24시간이 지나면 정확한 확인이 어려워 처리가 어려울 수 있습니다.
※ 보관 부주의나 개인 취향에 따른 환불 요청은 불가한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
